What People's Say About Place

Excellent spot. Good is great, service is great, atmosphere is awesome. The food came out super hot. The polish dish was excellent. Tried the soup of the day and it was phenomenal. Some concoction with smoked or bbq tasting meat with a slight kick and the broth and veggies were perfect.

The steak was perfect as ordered, medium rare, with mashed potatoes, a hearty portion of veggies and a side of their potato cheddar broccoli soup. I added a side of sautéed onions and mushrooms which was plentiful for the 12 oz steak. I typically will not order a good steak for take out, but The Factory has hit it out of the ballpark for me a couple of times. The other was a grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, pickles and jalapeños, side of chips and side salad. Not disappointed at all.

The staff was so nice the food was amazing and overall just a great experience not much to say about it just so you know with the food pictures we already started eating

There is no rush here at all. We tried the pierogies as an appetizer & there were 6 good size ones on the platter with sour cream on the side. Nice portion for 2. Hubby got the French dip special with an upcharge side salad. He enjoyed his sandwich, very tasty. Decent size. The salad tho was just ok. The onions & lettuce weren't very crisp, the tomatoes a little squishy. I got the cheese burger. Cooked medium rare as I requested. The Chipotle mayo was spicier than I expected but added to the flavor & I got the cole slaw which also had a nice flavor. They have a seasonal cocktail list & a great beer list. We will go back.

This local restaurant & bar was great! Loved the whole experience! When traveling we always try local eateries, & this one was top notch. The background music wasn’t too loud & the staff was very friendly. The food was worth it!!!

The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a genuine smile—something you don’t get much anymore. That level of customer service continued all the way through our visit. We came back again and received the exact same excellent experience. Awesome job! We’re so happy to support an establishment where everyone is truly welcoming. ( evening during a snow storm!). Thank you!

CRISPY PEPSI 10/10 Thanks to our server Emily. We learned that they grow herbs outdoors as garnishes in their menu. Steak was great and outdoors was perfect

Placed my order over the phone as soon as the restaurant opened for a pickup 40 minutes later, and when I got there everything was ready and waiting for me. The server I did interact with was very friendly and courteous, and genuinely seemed happy to be there which had me leaving with a smile. When I got home and opened everything up it all looked so good, with my order of the Warm Soft Pretzels with the Beer Cheese and Beer Mustard dips and the Grilled Southwest Chicken Breast Sandwich with Onion Rings just calling out to me to dig into them. Started with the Pretzels and my only complaint is that they were too salty. The cheese dip was superb and while I'm not much of a Mustard guy I was happy with that as well, but the Pretzels themselves had a tad too much salt. Alone they are already on the salty side, but then on top of that they have sea salt sprinkled on them. Easy enough to brush the sea salt off, but leave it on hit the senses too hard. Now the sandwich was a whole different ballgame. As a spice mouse I was not prepared for just how spicy this was going to be, but even with my mouth burning and my stomach angry, the sandwich was delicious and cooked to perfection. And those onion rings, oh my goodness, perfection. The texture, the flavor, the amount, chef's kiss. A lovely dinner was had and I think I'll be coming back in the future sometime, if for nothing else than those onion rings.
